Glossary

Agreement
The agreement between HeritEdge Archival and its Customer, consisting generally of a base set of terms and conditions. In the event of an inconsistency between components of the Agreement, terms in the base agreement prevail over terms in the Glossary.

Change Control
Documents any changes to the resource requirements, engagement scope, or schedule that materially change HeritEdge Archival’s estimated fees and must be mutually agreed.

Company
HeritEdge Archival, LLC

Customer
A person or organization that contracts with HeritEdge Archival for one or more of its services.

Effective Date
The later signature date after both a duly authorized representatives of a Customer and HeritEdge Archival have each affixed his or her signature with the effective date of this SOW.

Proposal Date
The date the proposal was issued as indicated on the cover page of the proposal.

SOW
Statement of Work. A legally binding document that outlines the tasks, deliverables, and timeline for a project.
