Billing

The billing procedures for HeritEdge Archival projects are based upon the maximum number of estimated hours and the hourly rate listed in the Cost Estimate Summary section of the proposal.

7 Hours or Less
Projects of 7 hours or less are billed the day after project completion for the full amount.  The due date is 30 days after the date the bill was issued, as printed on the face of the bill. Late fees will be assessed on payments not received by the due date.

More than 7 Hours to 35 Hours
Projects of 7 hours to 35 hours require the upfront payment of one third of the maximum number of estimated hours before the project can be scheduled or begin. The balance of actual hours used for a project less the amount of the initial payment will be billed the day after project completion.  The due date is 30 days after the bill issue date as printed on the face of the bill. Late fees will be assessed on payments not received by the due date.

More than 35 Hours
Projects of more than 35 hours require the upfront payment of 10% of the maximum number of estimated hours before the project can be scheduled or begin. Remaining bills are issued monthly on the anniversary of the project start date or when the project has been completed, whichever comes first, with an equal portion of the initial payment subtracted from the monthly total. The due date is 30 days after the bill issue date as printed on the face of the bill. Late fees will be assessed on payments not received by the due date.
